Spring Liu is an experienced Chief Financial Officer and finance and accounting consultant for foreign companies listed in the US market. She has significant experience in SEC reporting and compliance and has been a practicing certified public accountant (CPA) in the US for more than 20 years.
Throughout her career, Spring has managed companies’ financial reporting processes, ensured their compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, established internal control policies and procedures, overseen corporate financial performance, organized public financings, provided leadership to management teams, participated in key decision-making processes, and managed external relationships.
Spring’s professional experience includes serving as a Director for a New Zealand based company, Chief Financial Officer for a Nasdaq listed company, Corporate Secretary for a NYSE listed company, and financial consultant for many other publicly listed companies based in Asia. Her achievements include successfully bringing a company to listing, completing successful capital financings, mergers and acquisitions and a spin off, as well as helping companies regain SEC and Nasdaq compliance and relisting.
